The story of Üçkardeşler Tekstil began in Istanbul, Turkey when the garment industry had its golden age in the early 1990s. The three brothers, who later formed the company’s name, had their first experience in the men’s garment sector by working in a garment firm in the Fatih district of Istanbul. Initially, the brothers relied on outsourced manufacturing and got their designed products made in different workshops, starting first with trousers in 1991 and then continuing with jackets in 1994. Until the middle of the 2000s, the three brothers became more experienced in designing and manufacturing men’s ready-wear products such as trousers, jackets and suits in very different models while on the other hand they were building up the foundation of a new company.

Üçkardeşler Tekstil was established on solid foundations in 2006 after a long preparation period. The main office of the company was opened in Laleli, the southern part of the Fatih district of Istanbul, where stores of many international brands, especially in the men’s ready-made clothing sector, are located. Collections, designed for two seasons a year, were produced for different brands such as Daniel Cavallini, Three Brothers and Franco Ferri by taking into consideration the main trends in the fashion. Üçkardeşler brands soon expanded their market thanks to its models prepared with genuine design, high quality materials used in its products, and its skilled workforce. The products manufactured in different workshops in Istanbul have found a large customer base in many stores across the world, especially in countries in the Middle East.

As the success story of its brands abroad gained ground, Üçkardeşler Tekstil decided to transfer the experience it had gained over almost twenty years into its own manufacturing. The first workshop of Üçkardeşler was opened in the Sultangazi district of Istanbul in 2008. With almost 200 employees, the workshop consisted of design, cutting and sewing departments, and was able to manufacture nearly all the products of the Üçkardeşler brands. Together with the production facility, Üçkardeşler Tekstil could show its genuine designs more self-assuredly on products with high quality standards. This laid the groundwork for the emergence of new brands while expanding the market of the company’s existing ones. New brands, namely Lionel Messi, Pierre Lord, Parisstar, Benelli, WSM Istanbul and Zelâl joined the Uckardesler Tekstil family with their unique models and colors.

Üçkardeşler Tekstil initiated many different studies to acquire a sustainable quality understanding in its overall manufacturing business towards the end of the 2000s. Reaching high quality standards would not be achieved just by wishing it, but required radical changes and transformations in the overall production systems, machinery and technological infrastructure, as well as the labor force. Keeping this in mind, Üçkardeşler Tekstil made a radical decision and launched a modernization project in production, which aimed at shutting down the production facility in Sultangazi, Istanbul and establishing a completely new factory in Edirne with modern machinery and technological infrastructure. The Üçkardeşler Tekstil factory started manufacturing in Edirne in 2011 with 450 employees and a production capacity of 900 suits a day. The production in the modern facilities soon attracted the attention of different menswear companies, especially those from European countries. Besides its own brands, Üçkardeşler Tekstil began manufacturing the products of well-known big menswear brands mainly from Turkey, Germany, the UK and Sweden.

Üçkardeşler Tekstil reached over $15 million in annual turnover in 2016. The company wanted to make its current growth sustainable with a total quality understanding that would ensure success in management, production, sales, marketing and customer satisfaction. To achieve this, an advancement project was launched in 2016. The institutionalization works also speeded up with this project. As a result, all the current divisions of the company like Quality Assurance, Machine Maintenance, and Computing were revised while completely new departments such as Research and Development (R&D), System Engineering, Innovation, and Corporate Communication were established. The company obtained the quality certificates of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 in 2017. To implement the project in all the departments at the highest level, Üçkardeşler Tekstil began the construction of the Production and Business Center Complex in 2017 with 22 thousand square meters indoor space. Manufacturing started in the new complex in February 2019.
