The production facility of Üçkardeşler Tekstil, located in the Northwestern province of Edirne, is equipped with superior technology and machine infrastructure, and has a daily production capacity of 900 suits. The production is carried out in fully-integrated facilities comprising many different departments some of which are planning, modeling, cutting, sewing, quality control, machine maintenance, system engineering, and warehouses for materials and finished products using superior IT infrastructure. The new Production and Business Center, located and put in service in Edirne, was designed to have a daily production capacity of 1,500 suits.

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION PLANNING

Thanks to the effective production planning, carried out on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, it is possible to produce orders on time and exactly according to the expectations of the customers. The production planning in Üçkardeşler Tekstil is carried out in the planning department staffed with a team of textile and industrial engineers who have sufficient expertise and experience in their field.

SENSITIVE DESIGN AND MODELING

Üçkardeşler Tekstil closely follows the fashion of the moment; therefore, it can analyze the future trends of fashion very well and is able to meet the needs of its customers for different models. Design and modeling operations in Üçkardeşler Tekstil are carried out in the modeling department by professionals with an outstanding care and meticulousness by using ERP systems and modern software such as Assyst CAD.

CUTTING IN EXCELLENT

Üçkardeşler Textile has an efficient cutting department equipped with high-performance machine infrastructure and expert workforce resulting in high quality and precise cutting. Many different operations including spreading, cutting, pattern matching for plaid fabrics, labelling, fusing and sorting are carried out in the cutting department by using ERP systems and automatic machines such as Bullmer Automatic Cutting Machine.

PROFESSIONAL SEWING AND FINISHING OPERATIONS

All sewing, ironing and pressing operations at Üçkardeşler Tekstil are carried out by operators who have competence in their fields and perform their duties meticulously according to the standard methods. Operational efficiency and quality performance of the operators are constantly monitored through the ERP system, and all the necessary actions are performed instantly. The latest technology machines are used in all the sewing and finishing operations. High quality standards are realized in each and every operation thanks to the professional management of the team leaders and continuous monitoring and control by the experts employed at quality assurance and system engineering departments.

Eleven quality control points located at different stages of the production line ensure the highest quality in the cutting and sewing departments. Once detected, any defects or deficiencies are recorded through the ERP system and the necessary repair and corrective actions are taken to make sure that the entire products pass through the last quality control point in perfect shape and with high quality standards.

EFFECTIVE MATERIAL STOCK MANAGEMENT

The quality sensitivity at Üçkardeşler Tekstil is accorded the utmost importance not only for the cutting and sewing departments but for the entire production process, including storage in the material warehouse. All the materials entering the warehouse are registered in the ERP system, labeled, and placed on the shelves designated specifically for the customers. The checkouts of the materials are made according to the consumption in production, and the entire movements in the warehouse regarding the used and remaining material statistics are monitored and recorded in accordance with the ERP system. Up-to-date material stock reports regarding the materials sent by specific customers are also shared with the relevant customers in full detail. All the materials in the warehouse are kept in tidy, clean conditions, and the safety of the materials in the warehouse is also given top priority.
